Administration Panel
Choose "StoreFront
Administration" from the StoreFront menu in
FrontPage. The
following window will appear:
 Make
sure to check
the two boxes at the top of the window labeled "Use Remote
Database Connection" and "Use Data Handler." This
should allow you to log in to the administration panel as long
as your host and DSN have been entered correctly.
Configure your StoreFront with the Administration Panel After you
have successfully opened the StoreFront Administration Panel,
the following window will appear.

Make
sure you replace "www.yourdomain.com"
with your full domain name in each of the three text fields.
After you have done this, click
on the "Mail Setup" tab. This will bring up the
following screen:

Make
sure that "CDONTS Mail" is selected for the Mail
Method. Then set the Mail Server Address to "imail.acmeinfo.com."
Next, enter a valid e-mail address for the Primary and Secondary
E-mail Recipients. All of these settings need to be
correct in order for you to receive mail through StoreFront. Finally, you may customize the subject and
message of the e-mails that are sent to your customers.
Simply change the text in the two fields at the bottom of the
window. This should be
enough to get your StoreFront up and running. You may view
and change other options by clicking on the different tabs at the
top of the window. |
