 How To FAQs

Creating and Email Feedback Form

Using Microsoft® FrontPage® 2000
and Microsoft® FrontPage® '98

This feature is built into both Microsoft FrontPage versions and the FrontPage Server Extensions which are installed on Acme's Web Servers.  Once you have created your form, right click on the SUBMIT button in the FrontPage Editor.  You can now change the properties of the form including how the results are processed.  Form results can be sent to an E-mail address or saved to a file.  For further instructions on setting up forms in Microsoft FrontPage, please refer to your Microsoft FrontPage manual.

Using Microsoft® FrontPage® '97
Microsoft FrontPage '97 does not send form results to E-mail, it can only save the results to a file.  If you do not wish to upgrade to FrontPage '98, refer to our "Other Web Editors" / non-FrontPage instructions below.

Other Web Editors
We have a CGI program available to allow users of any other web creation software to send form results to E-mail. To prevent unauthorized use of our CGI programs, we ask that you send a request to our technical support department for instructions on using our Form-to-Email CGI.  Please include your name and your web address in your E-mail.
