FILTERING EMAIL IN
MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 2000/2002 |

The following window allows you enter exceptions to your mail filter:

Again, select any exemptions you wish by marking the boxes next
to the conditions in the list. Click the blue underlined
link in the description to edit it. Then click Next.
All you have left to do is name your rule:

Choose an appropriate name for your rule and click Finish.
Congratulations, you have created a mail filter!
Your mail filter will now show up in the Rules Wizard.
It will appear in a list along with any other rules you create.
It is OK to have multiple rules to filter your email. The
more rules you use, the more specifically you can filter your
email. You can turn off a rule by unchecking the box next to it.
