Requesting a CSR (Certificate Signing Request)

If you are applying to obtain your own SSL Secure Server Certificate there are several steps that must be completed - including the submission of a CSR (Certificate Signing Request).  Acme will generate a CSR for you to submit with your application for an SSL Certificate.  To do this, we need the following information from you:

1 Key name
(choose a simple, easy to remember name like your domain name)
2 Password
(6 to 8 characters, don't use:
~!@#$%^&*()__{}|:"<>?)
3 Organization
(Legal company name)
4 Organizational Unit
(Division/Department name)
5 Domain Name
(domain for which you wish to use the SSL Certificate)
6 Country
7 State
8 City
9 Full Name
(or contact name at your company)
10 E-mail Address
11 Phone number
12 Special Instructions
(if any)
