Issues that may complicate the domain name transfer:
 

• Your domain was registered through a registrar other than Network Solutions.

• The Administrative Contact of your domain is listed with an e-mail address that is not valid

If your domain was not registered through Network Solutions, you will need go to your registrar's web site and make the appropriate changes to your domain name.  You will be asked to provide the names and IP addresses of the DNS servers your domain is going to be pointed to.  Enter the following information for Acme Internet's DNS servers:

 ns.acmeinfo.com   207.195.199.2
ns2.acmeinfo.com  207.195.199.3

If the e-mail address of the Administrative Contact of your domain is invalid, your domain name will need to be "forced" through Network Solutions.
