or accommodation of the public generally, and Acme Internet does
not undertake to provide service, information, or support to any
persons who are not subscribers. Access to this service may be
suspended, withdrawn, limited, or terminated by Acme Internet at
any time without prior notice.
All information which may be accessed on this system is
copyrighted. To the extent that materials do not bear an
explicit copyright legend, you should act under the presumption
that copyright is held by the posting subscriber, by Acme
Internet, or by a third party. Unless materials are explicitly
so labeled, no materials on this system are in the public
domain. The design and presentation of this system is
copyrighted by Acme Internet, with all rights reserved; no
portion of this system may be copied, duplicated, or downloaded
without the specific written prior permission of Acme Internet.

forward, bounce, reply, or otherwise route electronic messages
to (a) subscribers on this system other than as needed to
complete the delivery of individual electronic messages from the
subscriber’s correspondent(s), or (b) third parties who are
not subscribers on this system without the prior written
permission of Acme Internet. You may contact customerservice@acmeinternet.com
with questions about these policies. Permission will not be
given to send, relay, forward, bounce, reply, or otherwise route
unsolicited commercial email, and you may not use this system in
any way to send, relay, forward, bounce, reply, or otherwise
route unsolicited commercial email to subscribers or to third
parties.
Any message(s) you send to subscribers on this system must
accurately identify the originating sender of the message(s). A
message with a misleading, disguised, or otherwise false
originating address will be treated as unsolicited commercial
email and disposed of accordingly.
Acme Internet specifically denies all persons who are not
subscribers on this system the right, privilege, license, or
sufferance to use the facilities of this system for any purpose
other than those stated above. Any use or attempted use of the
facilities of this system for commercial purposes by third
parties not subscribers on this system will be treated as
trespass and theft, and will be referred to the appropriate law
enforcement officials for prosecution under state and Federal
law barring the unauthorized use of computer systems. Acme
Internet reserves the right to pursue parties who are not
subscribers on this system for all costs and damages arising
from or related to their unauthorized use or attempted use of
this system, and to block transmission of messages from any
person, address, domain, company, or other entity which in Acme
Internet’s sole discretion is causing harm to or may cause
harm to this system.
These policies may be changed at any time by Acme Internet.
