Acme Internet
requires credit card payment for all services, unless other
arrangements have been made in advance. We will
invoice Net 10 on a Quarterly or Annual basis for established
companies listed in Dun & Bradstreet or other acceptable
business bureaus at our sole discretion.
Payment Methods: Acme
Internet accepts Visa, Mastercard,American Express, Discover
Card, checks, money orders, electronic
checks and drafts from ITEX and BXI.
All cancellations must
be received in writing via regular mail, fax or via e-mail to accounting@acmeinternet.com.
Phone requests or e-mail cancellations to any e-mail address
other than accounting@acmeinternet.com
will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
Fees to Acme Internet
are due and payable upon activation of service. Activation
includes the granting of access privileges or installation of
any client data files that can be accessed from the Internet.
Data files include any notices published on client's web site
including "under construction" or other similar
notices.
Accounts that are unpaid
30 days past their monthly renewal date will be suspended until payment is received. A reactivation fee may
apply. Acme does not issue service credits for any
outages of 30 days or less incurred through service disablement
resulting from past due accounts. All checks returned for
insufficient funds will be charged a NSF fee of $25.00.
Acme Internet reserves the right to remove Web pages from
viewing on the Internet until final payment is made.
Unbilled Services:
Acme Internet makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or
implied or services that do not incur a recurring fee such as
domain name parking, domain pointers, or other services provided
without charge.
