IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ACCOUNT RENEWALS:
Acme Internet’s hosting services are provided on a pre-paid subscription basis. To assure uninterrupted service, please be familiar with our billing and renewal guidelines below:
- You will receive a quarterly or annual statement via standard mail or email for your hosting account renewal. Your account renewal payment is due by the date shown on your printed statement or emailed statement.
- You may upgrade or downgrade your service to a different plan. Acme Internet has many
hosting plans to suit all budgets.
- Effective 03/01/2000, service for accounts that are more than 30 days past due will be suspended, and a $25 reactivation fee will apply. Accounts more than 60 days past due will be removed from the servers.
- Please understand that if we haven’t received your payment by your due date,
we will assume that you do not wish to renew your
service. Acme Internet is not responsible for files or email removed from the servers due to non-renewal of your account.
- Keep your contact information current to avoid interruption in service. Email

with changes in billing address for mailed or emailed statements.
